• Use this option to get your provisional clearance status and know your process level with the University Registry Admissions Office
  
• After you are cleared you are expected to proceed to the University with a copy of the Print out of the the cleared status
  
• All clearance processed at this stage are purely based on provided information in your Clearance Eligibility Application form the information provided will still be subjected to provision of documented evidence to support your application
  
• Proceed to the University of Port Harcourt with all original documents for Clearance as indicated on your clearance form to finalize the clearance process
