INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING THE ONLINE CLEARANCE ELIGIBILITY APPLICATION (CEA) FORM

STEP 1. Login to the Clearance Form area by entering your Clearance Eligibility scratch card accesscode, your registration number, and your last name (please find below a sample).


STEP 2. Provide an email address where you will receive correspondence from the School

STEP 3. You must enter all your O’ Level  results, including 1st and 2nd sittings. Click on the “Click here to enter exam subjects” link . Another window will pop up. (After you have entered the subjects, click on the “Click here to refresh exam list” link to display the entries on the form)

STEP 4. If this is your first time filling the CEA Form, you will see this message: “No Entry Level grade records found in your Student Profile. Please provide this information it forms part of your Academic records. Click here to Add a record.”

STEP 5. Click on “Click here to Add a record”

STEP 6. Select the name of the exam from the drop-down (WAEC, GCE, etc.). Select the month, day (optional), and year of the exam.  Then enter the name of the subject and the grade you received.  You must do this for each of your subjects, one at a time.

STEP 6. Click on “Add to database” after entering each subject. Do the same thing for each subject you want to enter.

STEP 7. When you have finished, close the window and return to step 3. Click the “Click here to refresh exam list” link to view your entries on the CEA Form.

STEP 8. Repeat steps 3-8 for your 2nd sitting exam subjects and to enter your exam subjects on the form.

STEP 9. Enter your full name as it appears on all your certificate.  If there are any inconsistencies in your names, you may not be cleared.

STEP 10. You must click the acknowledgment box. (please find below a sample).



STEP 11. Tick the boxes for all the documents that you will be presenting at your faculty for verification.

STEP 12. You can access the CEA Form and make changes to your entries as many times as you want, but when you tick the last check box, this means that you have finished with your CEA Form and you will not submit the form again. (The “submit” button will disappear).  So tick the check box only when you do not want to return to the form again.

STEP 13. Click the “submit eligibility form” button to send the form to the Admissions Office for processing.

STEP 14. You can view how many times you have accessed your CEA Form.
